It's free for providers. The only thing you can pay for is to be "promoted" which will put you in front of everyone, which doesn't really help you since you only really want to be put in front of people looking for weekend help.

How does care.com work? I am looking for just and additional weekend position and would like to try care.com but am a little confused by the payments options. Should I go with the more expensive options? Is it worth it?
