All they do is post generic ads on care.com. I'm not surprised you did better on your own. You are paying them an outrageous fee to 1) post on care.com and 2) pre-interview nannies. You still have to interview the nannies they send your way, the only thing you hopefully don't have to deal with is people under qualified or that didn't read your posted hours or salary range applying and wasting your time. It's hardly worth their fee.

New poster here -- I had a great experience with White House Nannies. They helped me out of a serious bind very quickly and professionally, and we found our lovely FT nanny through them. We still use their temp/PT division now, for days that our nanny takes off.
