As long as you are not doing it too much and inundating her with all this information, I think you are fine.

If it were twice a month or less I wouldn't find it irritating. If it were once a week or more I'd feel like it would be irritating.

But I wouldn't want emails about toys on any sort of regular basis.

I've worked for two families. I would do this with ones mb if it related to things I knew were important to her. The other I wouldnt have done that with. She basically wanted mewww to be a robot. I agree with the others. It really depends on the parent.

Depends on your MB OP. I might like some of what you're talking about, or maybe it would feel like subtle criticism. Hard to tell.

You should just ask her. Or trust your judgment that she seems receptive. Don't just sit and stew about it.

As a MB, I love when our nanny emails me info about toys or classes that DC might like. Not annoying at all. Helpful and also shows me that she is engaging with DC.

Depends on if it fits with my parenting style, or is trying to intentionally antagonize me.

Not an MB,

But as a nanny I say it depends on your MB the relationship you have with them and how you do it.

I work for the best family ever! I have been caring for my charge for 18 months (since he was 8 weeks).
MB always seems to value any input I have or suggestions I make.
I definitely try not to be too intrusive and always respect her decisions.
On occasion, I email articles to her about something related to my charge or a toy or event he might enjoy.
It isn't often, but I do worry that I am annoying her. She doesn't seem to mind and always is receptive to what I send.
I still worry that she is secretly aggravated.
MBs, do you find this irritating?
