I understand where you are coming from. It's shitty to leave a position but its boy like they won't ever find another nanny. I have only been with them a month. I'm sure if MB or DB got an opportunity for better pay and it was a job far away, I would be out of a job because they would take it. I'm sorry but I feel I have to do whats best for me. No, as a nanny and a student, I would not do this to my employers. As PP wrote, you accepted the position KNOWING the salary.
