It's stressful working with two families this is why nannies make more is shares than working for one family. $14 is average for one infant not two and especially not two from two families

I agree that this nanny should be paid more. However, the nanny that accepts this rate, in a nanny share, is the one who should be ashamed.

It's not the employer's fault if the nanny settles for so little. They're not running a charity.

600/43.75 = $13.72/hour.

I have a 6 month old boy and currently am in a nannyshare with another child. They will be moving in the middle of February and I am looking to keep our current nanny but add another child to the share.

Cost: $300 per week per family
Hours: 0730-400pm
Location: Currently my townhome in Alexandria (By Eisenhower Metro) but this can change if the other home is near
Gender: n/a
Age: n/a (my son is 6 months old currently)
