No no bonus. As pps have said you are no longer her employer and that bonus is no longer your worry.

If you are just wanting to do something nice send her a card thanking her for the time she spent caring for your child, that he's doing well in daycare and if you like include a recent photo.

This. It makes no sense to give a bonus to someone who doesn't work for you anymore. If you had wanted to give her a bonus, when she left would have been the time to do it.

You aren't responsible for making up her expected bonus because she changed jobs. I'm sure she is not expecting you to, if she is a professional nanny.

You're not under any obligation of course, but it would be very nice. I always wonder about this, since the new family she is with is likely going to prorate her bonus, so does a nanny always come up short on her bonus if she switches jobs mid year?

We left our nanny share to transition to daycare a few months ago. Wondering if I should deposit a small bonus into our former nanny's account? Or would you just skip it altogether?
