I'm part-time (<20 hours a week) and have 100% paid health and dental, guaranteed hours/pay, and gas reimbursement.

Benefits are whatever you choose to give.

No part time nannies usually do not get insurance, but as a nanny if a part time gig offered that it would be a huge plus.
