Or, if something was vastly different (you'll be home with grandma, the hourly is lower than what the ad stated, the hours are different) then I'd actually say "I'm sorry, but now that I know the fuller information, this isn't a good fit for me." Either that minute on the phone or later via email. And don't waste your time and their time if you know going into an in-person interview you're not interested. Waste of time for all concerned!
