I am a MB and our nanny does an awesome job with two kids in our share. 1) you need to know your own energy level. I found that nannies on the younger side (under 35) tend to manage two better 2) are you close to lots of outside activities. Being trapped in a house all day with two crazy toddler is hell. We are walking distance to library, multiple playgrounds, metro etc so normally they go somewhere every day. 3) how social are you? do you make other nanny friends easily and can set up playdates? 4) it also helps when both families are on the same page when it comes to rules, structure etc.
I worked from home yesterday and I felt terribel for the nanny dealing with wound up kids inside on a rainy day.

I am considering the possibility of joining a nanny share. Most parents are looking for that situation. I've worked with an infant and an older toddler or preschool ages child. These shares with consist of two infants (3/4 months old). What is most challenging about caring for two infants? I have a ton of experience with infants and know how tough it can be some days. What do I need to know to consider if this will be a good career move? Thank you!
