I worked with College nannies & tutors before for about a year, the company is awesome and of course the nannies as well through this company I met alot of families that really enjoyed the way we take care of their children.

I have used MetroParentRelief many times for backup/interim care - but have not used an agency for finding a full time nanny.

My best candidates for the full time nanny position came from friend/family/neighborhood referrals.

Has anyone ever used College Nannies + Tutors to find a full time nanny and if so could you tell me about your experience and pros and cons? Or any other nanny placement agency like Metro Relief?
