I think the lack of response reflects the level of ability and interest to effectively reply to such a broad question, with so few details (number of kids, hours, benefits, location, blah blah blah), for a region this group does not primarily reflect. Sure, anyone from anywhere can be active here - but it is predominately reflective of the capital regions. Hence the DC in its name.
Mine is helpful. I asked for more information. A nanny in Ft Lauderdale is paid differently than one in the Panhandle.
