Are you a full-time or a part-time nanny? This is something that you would have had to have negotiated in the beginning. I'm a full-time nanny (45 hours a week) and I get two weeks of paid vacation and 5 sick/personal days a year. These are all things that I negotiated in the beginning stages of my job.

Is this normal? I don't get sick days
