It means that they want someone who is active and doesn't like to sit around and do nothing all day. Someone who takes the initiative during the day and engage in physical active activities w/their child(ren.)

And yes, to a point, they may just judge any potential nannies they interview on her body type, though they may not overtly say so.

It means they want you to do activities, play sports and overall be interested in their child. A little overweight is ok but a lot, that is for you to decide if you want to apply.
