Yikes, op. It sounds like you were an accomplice in your own destruction. Work toward being financially secure so you don't have to stay in a job like this in the future.

I'm sorry you had crappy employers but I'd be a lot more sympathetic if you didn't make this about ALL parents. How would you like it if someone posted about their bad nanny and said "I'm so sick and tired of nannies complaining about bad parents when nannies can be just as bad." Post about YOUR experience and stop generalizing.
