I am lucky, my bosses pay my health insurance, give me bonuses, I have a great shcedule, they are so nice, so in response I am a great nanny, responsible, reliable, active, happy, creative and much more, tip of the day, be good to your nanny, she is taking care of your most precious treasure, so do good and good will be done upon you

Wow, that's cheap! HMO?

No high deductible plan 5,000 per year. It's just for something catastrophic

You also should add how long the nanny has been working for you and her experience/education/skills. This is not a common perk like paid holidays/vacation/PTO.

How much do you pay monthly for your nanny's health insurance. If you don't mind also include nanny's hourly rate and how many children. Thanks!
