If you requested access then all she needs to do is approve your request. If she goes to the my background check page she should see your request to see it at the bottom.

OP - I requested a background check from a candidate and care.com said it's pending. She told me she has the results but it's not visible to me. Is what she is saying accurate?

How long does it usually take to get the results of the preferred background check? I ordered one two days ago and it still isn't complete. I have an interview tonight and I was hoping to have it available for them.
