OP, your contract is pretty typical. Besides reclassifying your sick days into PTO, giving you more flexibility in how you use them, I can't think of anything to add.
I'm assuming guaranteed hours. You have that in there, right?
Wait, if you use your car, make sure you are reimbursed at the IRS rate.
As for health insurance reimbursement, some families offer this a perk in the second or third year, but it isn't standard. That said, it is a good perk and there is nothing wrong in asking.
