Thanks guys! I'm getting anxious because I haven't gotten anything yet. I know I'm psyching myself out, the interview was just this weekend.

That happened to me before.You should get back to them and ask.
Some families are busy but you have to make sure them know that you can't wait too long......

Going through the same thing, until you sign the contract anything can happen. I am still going on interviews just to make sure, the potential job doesn't go through.

Agreed. You have the job contingent on you and the NF being able to agree on contract terms. They like you a lot, but they want to see if you agree to their terms of employment, or if they can meet you on any disagreements.

It means they likely you a great deal and hopefully will offer you the position. At that point you'll have the opportunity to negotiate the contractual details.

Don't consider this a done deal yet, for your own protection. Look forward, hopefully, to an offer, and then to a favorable contract. Don't start planning the wedding yet, so to speak.
