I did leave a message but he wanted to try her as well. She left her purse behind.

We have a wonderful nanny that has been with us for 10 months. Last night I called her because she forgot a personal item I thought she might need at my house. She didnt pick up. My husband called and she declined his call on second ring. She did return our call earlier today and always answers during work hours. My husband is mad and finds it disrespectful for her to decline our calls considering we are her bosses. I don't think it's a big deal at all and she may have been out with friends. He wants to speak about it Monday but I feel it isn't a big deal. Who is right in this matter?
