That sounds very nice ! My old bosses gave me a 25 dollar gift are after working with them for 2 years full time. I was happy with it.

We have a nanny for 1 year and she is leaving because she is moving away. We have her 1 day a week, she been good and reliable but no strong bond with the kids. I was thinking of giving her a $50 amex gift card. Does that sound okay?
