and detailed Process of Termination,
while acknowledging the ultimate
"at will" status of Employer and Nanny
3. Regular Discussions and Written Reviews
4. Trial Period for Nanny and Employers
to evaluate long term potential
5. Continuing (informal) Education
for both Nanny and Employers
need to stand up for themselves as Nannies,
