we got it with allstate

could someone offer any suggestions on where to get coverage? We are with USAA and they don't offer this and we aren't interested in switching to another insurance provider for HO/auto. We've called a few places and no one seems to offer it. I am not interested in using a payroll service since I'm a cpa and already do nanny taxes for other clients (VA based though). We called DC DOES and they weren't helpful either. People have posted about risk based but I can't find anything as to how to get this either.
