well, go to sleep earlier instead of posting on DCUM at almost midnight, so you will not need to sleep during work hours. BTW, when I was home on maternity leave and taking care of the baby 24/7, I certainly never slept during the day, I survived because I would go to sleep promptly at 8 or 9 with the baby instead of spending time online (and before you flame me, I never had a nanny, sent my kids to daycare. If I had a nanny, I would not mind her to rest here and there while the baby is sleeping as long as the job is done) .
