Full name doesn't matter (imagine how many John Smiths there are) nor does address. The only thing you can't have the same as someone else is email. Well, SS# I don't know about because as I said above I never let another BG check be run through care.com, so I don't know what they would do, but you could try it. Make the account first with a new email, don't put in your social, and wait to do it until your first person requests a free BG check then put it in and see what happens. If you didn't get flagged for the same reason as me (a ticket I argued in court) then you should not have an issue. If you really were removed because of over-reporting then it should only be tied to your old account itself, not all the information it contained.

I really wish there was a better site than care.com. I really can't trust a site that allows for an employer to choose such a low hourly rate (and illegal). It just puts such a sour taste in my mouth and I hate giving them my business.
OP, your experience makes me dislike them even more. Also, what kind of potential employer flags someone because a TIcKET showed up in their background check?
Out of the two of you, I guarantee one of you is a pain in the ass to work with and I'm sure you can figure out who.
Anyways, hope your new profile works out and you find a job quickly and can get off that crappy site

Their response is that they can remove anyone for any or no reason and are not obligated to tell me why. Now what? There are no agencies where I live and I plan to look for a new job within the next couple of months. Ugh! I have been a nanny for many years and have never received a position from word of mouth.
Get a different email address and make a new account. Problem solved.
