Yes, I always think that she may be reading this board. It is my experience that working mothers seem to have a lot of time to post on message boards and read various forums.

Why? Couldn't you say that about anyone reading here? I'm a nanny, a business owner, and a student. I have plenty to do, but I check DCUM when I'm board. Its not a priority, its a time killer.

I live in SoCal and do not think my bosses go on here.

Also, assuming they do not because they have busy careers and young children and are most likely just too busy.

I haven't had a question or anything yet, but I definitely would not want to ask incase one of my MBs read this board. I actually go on two other forums (not nanny related), and I'm afraid to find my one MB on there! She has previously mentioned going on some of these forums, so I try not to put too many personal details on there either.

Absolutely.

I know for a fact that my MB also reads this board, and I can only change so many details, so yes it keeps me from posting my own issues on occasion.

... because you are afraid your MB or Nanny may read the posts here? There is only so much I can change in my given dilemma to post without fear of being recognized if she does read this forum. We don't live in the metro DC area but this seems to be the only and most active forum available.
