I am a soon to be former 24hr nanny, and start working more "normal" hours (around 60

.
My boss still wants 24hr coverage. She decided she wants to hire a second housekeeper, and "just" have them stay over night. I said my employer would be better off hiring an overnight nanny that will just stay over when the 2.5 year old is sleeping, while I'm gone. My employer has to pay on the books (legally) but was wondering what they should pay this overnight nanny for her four nights x 12 hour shifts?
This job is in NYC, for a HNW High Profile family. They pay me well, but not great
