I've been in contact with a wonderful family with a position I'm very interested in. They have twin school-aged children and they are looking for a full-time, live-in nanny. They've had their last nanny for a very significant amount of time--which is awesome. It's definitely a nanny/household manager position.
We have a Skype interview tomorrow evening and I was wondering what kinds of questions to ask. They kids will be involved, so I'm assuming it's going to be a "get to know the whole family" type of situation.
I've spoken to both mom and dad in which we discussed how their salary works/benefits/living accommodations/duties, and all of the other benefits. These were all great, and they sound like they really know how a nanny position works!
I was wondering what types of things to discuss/ask during the Skype interview.
Thanks!
