Yes, I am looking for another position and will leave as soon as I get one. I don't need their reference and pray I never see either one of them ever again. The children are sweet - I feel so sorry for them having these two jerks as parents.

So a family with two working parents isn't "regular"? What would a couple, say a doctor and a lawyer, with no family in the area do for childcare if they were "regular"?
Anyway. I've never lost my temper with an MB/DB but I have used strong language over safety concerns that were not being addressed in a timely manner. They respected my forcefulness because they knew it was coming from a place of genuine care and not judgment.
