Don't write a whole novel from little Johnny's point of view or anything, but something simple like "Happy Mother's Day, Love Johnny" is fine.

Just to be clear, as a MB, I would be thrilled to get any card from my baby, so don't stress too much about what to write.

I always find that a bit odd and so do most of the parents I know. Just write "Happy Mothers Day , 2014" or something akin to it and leave it at that.

I nanny for a 3 month old boy, we made a little handprint/footprint gift and now just need to write the card. I wanted to write it as if it's him.
