They are all vastly different. Nannypalooza is affordable for many and the speakers and workshop are wonderful. It's a casual environment. I've been to all the Nannypalooza's and find them educational and the networking opps are great too.
INA is a more professional environment - think business casual to business wear vs casual attire for Nannypalooza. I've been to several INA conferences, and the speakers and information they provide is top-notch.
NNTD is a one day event, sometime all day, sometimes just a few hours depending which one you go to. You'll get speakers and networking opps but no where near what you would spending a weekend at INA or Nannypalooza.
Find out for yourself. Attend Nannypalooza one year, then INA the next year and determine which one you like. There are many nannies who go to all three!
