I get most replies from Care & Sittercity, but also use Craigslist. You just have to be careful and ensure who you are communicating with is who they say they are.

I'm looking for a PT nanny position ( 3 full days/week) and I've been applying for 2 days now. So far I am using care.com, sittercity and dcurban moms. Any other websites I should use. Thanks!
