Are you a licensed care provider? Has the home that the care is being provided in been inspected? Doubt it. This is not a nanny share. Its a daycare. If you are running it in any other way it is illegal. Its not about your care. You seem to be unable, intentionally or not, to understand the actual laws.

I began with the two families when their first children were about 2 months old and they recently both gave birth to their next two children. The older children will be going off to school in the fall but neither of the families nor I wanted to break up the nanny share since they would only have one child (each) needing care in the fall.
I was very excited when both MBs told me they were pregnant again and none of us hesitated when we did the math and realized it would be 4 under 4 for a few months. I am a very capable nanny and have been doing just fine for the last two months that I've had infants and two 3yos.
