agreed, try to find a local college student. I'd start with any local schools close to you.

I would see if any of the local colleges have job boards that you can post on. I was a part - time nanny the entire time I was in college and absolutely loved it. I had fun with the kids and didn't have to stress over variable hours like I would have had to worry about if I worked retail or in a restaurant.

We are looking for a part-time nanny for after-school and early evening about 20 hours a week. Because of the hours, we are having a hard time finding someone good. We have posted on care.com and sitter city. While we have gotten a lot of responses, most really do not seem interested in part-time work. Any suggestions on other places to look? Nanny agencies? Any suggestions would be welcome.
