You're still looking at job postings (and maybe they can see that you've been active), so.....you don't really have a leg to stand on. Sounds like neither of you are thrilled about this fit, so you both should probably keep looking.

Just had an interview last week and was offered the job. It is supposed to start this Monday. I am not too excited about it, as it's not the perfect job, and doesn't come with any benefits. But I am desperate and the family seems nice. So I've been trying to get myself hyped up about it. I am of course still looking at new job postings, because you never know if things will work out at a new job. But I noticed the family just re-posted their ad today for the job! Should I be worried? Or are they just making sure they have back up in case things don't work out? I emailed them to find out what the deal is. I'm tired of getting burned.
