Pass.

I'd probably pass, especially as she INFORMED you that she'd come later in the day as opposed to requested it if convenient. I'd view it as a sign of flakiness.

She wasted your time and I wouldn't reschedule. She sounds flaky.

I might reschedule but like another poster said I'd be very wary.

I could see myself doing something like that though I wouldn't delay a job interview for it unless it was injured. I don't think it's code for hungover, but I do think it means it could happen again when you need to be out the door for work so proceed with that in mind.

No, too weird. I would worry she would do that when she is supposed to be at work.

I'd reschedule once but would be a bit wary... If she tries to reschedule a second time I would politely decline.

No to me it's sounds like she has other plans/maybe partied a little last night and is needs more time to get ready,so trying to make up an excuse. I would not reschedule

I stop for lost animals all the time. Give her a chance. The worst thing that could happen is you don't hire her.

Nope. But I also wouldn't worry about it be because chances are you won't be able to reach her again. Been there, done that.

We arranged and confirmed an AM interview with this local lady. A hour prior to, she e-mails me to tell me that she will not make it until afternoon since she " found a dog on the road that doesn't have tags she will knock on a few doors to find the owners." It is a sweet thing but don't know how serious or reliable this lady is. I had alloted and moved things around for this interview. Would you reschedule or even consider?
