I'm looking for back up care for my son. He is in preschool full time, but I have very limited options for when he gets sick. I also need to travel for work once a month, and would like someone to be able to pick him up from school ( my husband works far and almost never makes it.

What do people do in these situations? Would also appreciate recommendations of a person or a service. Thank you!
