I don't see the sense of humour? Calling my child or any child "Asshole".

Ha, kids ARE assholes! Certainly don't tell them though! I do find humor in it. It is one thing to refer to your child as X, Y, or Z, it is another to call them that.

Unbelievable!!!

I completely can understand how shaking baby happens. Of course, I would never do it. I can understand how it happens when parents are uneducated about the effects, or don't know enough she it's time to put the baby in a crib and leave the room.

If a nanny did it, it'd be a travesty, not "humor". The double standards on here are sick! A parent can literally do no wrong. Calling your children names is wrong.

I wouldn't feel comfortable with that. I believe in building children up, not tearing them down.

I prefer the term brat over jerk.

sometimes three and five year olds are jerks. May not be the best way to address bad behavior but it's not that terrible that it would cause serious issues or be considered child abuse. Some people are just more blunt and straight to the point. She may not feel the need to re-address how she speaks to her children because 1. they are her children, 2. They will grow up with her personality and become accustom to that way of communication.

My mother called us out when we were being brats and I turned out just fine, unless you consider a strong sarcastic sense of humor to be a flaw.

How about, "I feel so sorry for those poor children"? That's my response, not to mention how badly I feel for the nanny to.
