Most of us feel guilty, but you need to move on. Most parents have no clue what an enormous sacrafice your work is.

The job that kept me the longest, was the one that paid me off the charts, and they weren't even the most wealthy. They just appreciated me in every way they could. Every day.

What is prompting you to quit? If you are feeling guilty about it, maybe you want to talk to your employer about whatever is prompting you to think its time for a new position.

Quitting my job. She's a great lady and I love her kids but it's just time to move on. I'm give her 3 weeks notice. That still doesn't seem like enough. I know I have the right to switch jobs but quitting this position is so different than quitting an office job.
