Find another job and give your notice. Because you are a live-in, unless you have somewhere to go, give notice after you have a new job, or you could end up homeless.

OP here But Im a live in and I feel like that why its magnified . I also fill bad because we have a contract and children need stability. These parents just truly are ridiculous . They put up a from in the interviewing process . Im just so unsure whether I compromise my happiness or just give notice

Your experience is the norm, unfortunately. Most of our employers are too tired to do their parenting job properly.

Im on a contract and am halfway through. The parents and I are not on the same page , not sure if they are even on the same page with each other there are major communication issues. I cannot deal with them but love the children.. Past the communication, its the control, whining ,and different parenting styles. It's getting harder and harder to keep up the charade with them. I feel bad because I if not now but eventually they can tell I don't like them. If I was not a live int this would be fine but I am . What to do? Besides them I absolutely love my job.
