I think the people who are responding are forgetting this a share not a single family. To be honest OP, I absolutely wouldn't back down from a $4 raise. You can easily find another nanny share paying $20 per hour for two children and not have to deal with the added workload of 2extra infants. [/quote
First, it's quite easy to find a competent share nanny for two children for under $23/hr.
Second, where are you getting the two infants thing? It's just one infant being added to the OP's load.
