Probably about $15-$20/hr depending on if you hire a college student vs. young nanny vs. professional nanny.

But ime nanny rates have changed a lot in the past three years so who knows if they'll change significantly before your move!

I am wondering what typical rates would be for 3pm-6 p.m M-F for a part-time nanny who would watch two kids.
Thinking of moving back to D.C. area in a few years when child 1 will be in elementary school and #2 would be in preschool.

I live out of state now and have a full-time nanny, but I have no idea what the going rate is for 15 hours a week.
