Is she legal to work.

My nanny has been with us since March 2011 and is available in February. I am sending both kids to school. She has been with my older daughter since she was 6 months and my youngest since birth. My youngest was a premie and she was very caring with her. I trust her completely. She drives them to activities and picks up my older daughter from school (half day currently). She also takes them on walks, reads, plays, etc. She takes care of all baby related responsiblities (feeding, cleaning, tidying room, dressing, bathing, etc).
