I don't understand what the cold had to do with driving conditions? You should have stated that! First off, what did you do last week? Besides the cold and traffic , there will be no storm. There was a big storm last week so what did you do then?
No offense but how can you live in Chicago and not know how to drive in the winter? It's kind of a necessity and I am always baffled by people who say that. It's just snow...nothing all that serious. I've been driving for 7 years and never saw a point to not come in except 2011 blizzard.
