It certainly is not, this board is evidence enough of that, but this thread is specifically making the nannies here look immature. What's even more upsetting is that rather than seeing this as a beneficial space to discuss real issues with their coworkers all over the country (which could be an enriching and unique advantage), a select few nannies have decided to resort to playgroud levels of insult and dialogue. that was after I explained I only have beef with them when they argue about the market rates in the DC area. They'll argue that top nannies earn $30/hour, so DC nannies must be under par.
