I had to go with the state policy because my HO doesn't offer it. It was expensive (about 1 week's pay), but not crazy expensive.

Does anyone have suggestions for companies that offer workers comp? I would prefer to find a stand alone policy so I don't have to change my current home owners insurance, but if there is a company with reasonable rates for both home and workers comp, I'd be willing to change.
