The boy is raging at his father. I hope the kid doesn't hit you. He shouldn't be getting rewarded with his toys when he comes home "sick" from school.
Yes, family therapy, quick.

Yes he has an older and a younger sister. The girls are fine. Their mother's died 2 months ago. That was the reason they needed a nanny. BUT All the family members told me he was that way even before. His mom let him get away with everything. He just got angrier since she died. I see how the father tries to do everything for his kids. I also see the pain in his eyes.... He also lost his wife, his partner in life, his love of life..... And he tries everything humanly possible to make that dreadful situation better for his kids... An his son just makes him so miserable... The kid is doing fine in the school... But he calls so many times from the school to pick him up because he doesn't feel good.... And he comes home and just want to be on his electronics.... How can I help this family with that kid without stepping over my boundaries?

This kid needs some serious discipline. Ifhe were mine the xbox would be gone permanenently and he would be groundec gor a long, long time. He would also be enrolled in n anger management program. He might get one present, might, but unless I head convincing apology, he wouldn't even get coal. I might be looking into military schools.

Sounds like an angry 12 year old who should not be having video games.

Did somebody ever was in that kind of situation? !2 years old slapped his father on face after he took his xbox away. And the since I saw and heard the whole situation, the father was all the way right. Before that happened the kid said to both of us to f*** off. I work as a nanny for 15 years now. I worked with over spoiled kids..... But that was even shocking for me.
