OP, your post would have been interesting if you weren't so unbelievably rude.
Chronic lateness is not okay, in any job, and I fail to see why anyone should feel like they have to keep their mouth shut...just because they aren't being physically assaulted? A boss who uses their employee's car to jump start his own, several times, and doesn't bother to close the hood or put the car back where it had been parked? A boss who bounces checks repeatedly, or fails to pay on time over and over again? None of these things are okay simply because other people deal with worse issues at their jobs.
