We are in NoVa (McLean) and used Metro Parent Relief to find our nanny and she's great!

I am feeling overwhelmed with the nanny search process and am considering using a placement service. Yes, I'm aware that it is expensive and am willing to deal with that extra cost to find a well qualified nanny for my twins.

Any thoughts, pro or con? I have looked at Metropolitan Nannies, College Nannies and Tutors, and Nanny Poppinz.

Thanks!
