My base salary is $78,000 for 50 hours a week in the San Francisco Bay area. Often work a little more than 50 hours and get paid for every 15 minutes I work

$41,184. 36 hours, 4 days a week (no OT, even though in CA OT starts after 8h a day - and I'm fine with this). I'm paid market rate for an agency nanny in the Bay Area, CA.

25k, paid for 40 hrs but usually work 35-40 hrs, slightly below average for my area (not DC or anywhere near).

I am broke all the time but I have also had over 2 months of paid vacation since January so I'm not complaining.
