As the rule is written, a SAHM with two kids could come 5 days a week whereas a Nanny with two charges could not. That seems a bit odd to me. If large groups are what they're trying to eliminate, then don't allow adults with more than X number of kids to come more than 3x/week, regardless of whether they're a parent, nanny, or daycare provider.

I can see why you feel that way but I really don't think that's what it was. You took it too personally. I agree with PP that it's meant more for home daycares who bring a whole group of children everyday.

Anonymous wrote:3 days a week seems like plenty to me. But I do understand how you feel. The sign is probably geereed more towards home daycare providers who have tons of kids
Anonymous wrote:It might have to do with available space. They don't want the same group of 3-4 children taking all the available spots that another child might want to attend. Also there are many home daycare providers who bring herds of children to these free events so they don't have to plan anything themselves
